Noor va Dama Company was established in 1988 (1366 in the Iranian calendar). The company initially began its activities in the maintenance and servicing of mechanical and facility systems.

Afterward, by obtaining distribution and representation rights from well-known manufacturing companies such as Sarma Afarin and Badr Electric, the company expanded its operations to the supply and distribution of heating and cooling equipment.

With the increasing opportunities for Iranian companies to participate in the important and strategic oil and gas industry, Noor va Dama entered this sector and has since been providing services in various fields related to this industry.
